Getting to Kołobrzeg

Kołobrzeg is located at the northern end of road 11, which goes via Koszalin to Poznan. It has a direct rail connections with nearby Koszalin and Białogard, as well as with Warsaw. The nearest airports are those of Szczecin and Gdansk.

Kołobrzeg is located around 40 kilometers west of Koszalin, at the end of road 11, which continues from Koszalin to Poznan and Wroclaw. Road 163 goes south to Włacz and road 102 connects Kołobrzeg to the west with Miedzyzdroje.

From Kołobrzeg there are direct train connections to Koszalin, Gdansk, Poznan, Warsaw and Cracow.
The train station of Kołobrzeg is located between the city center and the beach, at a 10 minute walking distance from the Rynek.

From the port of Kołobrzeg there is a regular very to the town of Nexø on the Danish island Bornholm. The company KZP provides in summer a twice daily catamaran service, departing Kołobrzeg at 7:00 and 17:30 hrs. The boat ride takes 4 and half hours.
